Zero Carbs BCAA 7g Muscle Growth Supplement With Leucine & Valine Dosage Update
Sep 4, 2023
ProBody Warehouse has updated the recommended daily serving size of the Scivation XTEND Original BCAA pre-workout supplement to 12.5 grams.
El Cajon, United States - September 4, 2023 /PressCable/ —
Each serving of Scivation XTEND Original contains 3.5 grams of Leucine and 1.75 grams of Valine - protein-forming amino acids that, alongside Isoleucine, are present in a clinically verified ratio.

The updated dosage for Scivation XTEND is based on several clinical studies, including one published in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise'. This study showed that a 2:1:1 blend of L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine reduced muscle damage and improved post-workout recovery. Other studies attest to the role of these core amino acids in reducing fatigue.
The body cannot synthesize these three essential amino acids, so they must be obtained from a person's diet or through supplementation. Together, these aminos are vital to several functions, including the repair of muscle tissue, energy production, immune function maintenance, hormone production, and nutrient transport.
ProBody Warehouse recommends Scivation XTEND as a BCAA supplement for professional and amateur athletes and fitness enthusiasts. BCAA levels deplete rapidly during intense and prolonged training or while dieting, as the body uses these amino acids to repair and restore muscle tissue.
The recommended dose of 12.5 grams counters this rapid loss and supplies an athlete's daily needs. The supplement is now available in 30-day and 90-day tubs.
ProBody Warehouse stocks Scivation XTEND BCAA alongside other research-backed sports nutrition supplements from Optimum Nutrition, Allmax, ASN, Myogenix, Goetz Collagen, Mehago Nutrition, Blackstone Labs, APS, and MHP.
The San Diego supplement store ships and processes all US and international orders through its distribution hub. Customers in San Diego County can visit one of the store's four retail locations.
"Scivation XTEND Original contains the perfect muscle recovery and hydration balance - essential amino acids and electrolytes," says a spokesperson for ProBody Warehouse. "For over a decade, XTEND has been among the best recovery products in the world. So whatever your fitness goal, training style, or sport of choice, XTEND can help you train harder, recover faster, and get back in the game sooner."

Transnational drug syndicates in the Philippines continue to thrive despite decades of crackdowns targeting street-level dealers, with analysts warning that regional suppliers, financiers and trafficking networks have largely eluded enforcement efforts.
