The new multi-billion investment in partnership with Neptune Corp and Harver Technologies will enable UIG to generate energy harvesting and solutions for the IoT sector.
United States - October 15, 2022 —

In a groundbreaking development, USA-based United Investing Group, a leading international multi-sector investment company, announced that it would be making a $50 billion investment in introducing (SphereX) a wireless connectivity module compatible with multiple wireless protocols and energy harvesting technologies. As a part of this partnership with Neptune Corp, UIG will introduce an energy-harvesting multi-protocol and wireless connectivity module, which has been consolidated for 50 years by Neptune Corp to enable battery-less solutions for the IoT sector. Harver Technologies developed and patented this technology in 2014, which already holds more than 148 patients in wireless energy.
Demand for broadband communication services has increased dramatically since COVID-19, with some providers reporting an increase in Internet traffic of up to 60% since the crisis began. Verizon reported a 52% rise in traffic on virtual private networks and a 47% increase in the use of collaboration tools in the US. Consumer voice minutes on fixed lines increased by 64%, reversing prior patterns, while mobile voice and WiFi call minutes increased by 33% and 75%, respectively. Additionally, AT&T reported a 23% increase in core network traffic. This has increased the demand for wireless power transmissions. The wireless power transmission size was estimated to be worth $9.53 billion in 2020 but is now expected to grow to $15.45 billion in 2028 at a CAGR of 6.23%.
Speaking about their new IoT solution, the CTO of Harver Technologies stated, “For many IoT applications, this new module will provide battery-free solutions. The module is compatible with various wireless connectivity protocols, including WiFi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, and the unofficial UHC3-300 standard. Thanks to this IoT technology, customers can select the best alternative for their application. In order to receive RF energy transmitted over the air from either a dedicated transmitter or from commercially available RFID readers, SphereX chips are integrated into devices. The gadget is then powered by the SphereX, which transforms the RF into direct current (DC).”
With the help of the revolutionary long-range wireless energy harvesting technology SphereX, developed by United Investing Group, batteries will no longer be needed. The partnership between United Investing Group and Harver Technologies was made possible by Neptune Corp., Russia. Harver Technologies developed the patent-pending wireless connectivity module SphereX using their own proprietary protocol, UHC3-300.
“UIG is already partnering with many manufacturers to create wirelessly rechargeable devices that keep batteries out of landfills,” said Aaron Roberts, CEO of United Investing Group. “But, we strive for the day where all devices will charge in the background when consumers enter their home, office or car, where they’ll never have to throw batteries away.”
United Investing Group says its new technology will reach millions of users across 25+ industries, including automotive, consumer electronics, IoT, entertainment, retail, RFID, and sensors. According to reports, millions of units will be prepared to ship by 2023 thanks to the company's collaborative approach and skill in all facets of product design, from vision to prototype and commercialization.
As evident, United Investing Group offers a wide range of United Investment Group facilitates the investment and financing process and tailors it to its client's specific needs and requirements. They currently offer a range of services that cover Bridge Financing, Debt and Derivatives, Equity Facilities, Hybrid Flexible Solutions, Tailor-made Financing, Quasi-Equity Structures, Plain-Vanilla Instruments, Exotic Financial Instruments, Revolving Credit Facility, and Asset Finance.
Their ever-expanding list of services now includes IoT and wireless connectivity modules. Due to their simpler installation and cleaner setup, UGI believes that wireless connectivity can be a game changer because it will allow individuals to access any information or data they require in real-time. The addition of IoT will only give it limitless capabilities as advances to the industrial internet will grow faster through increased network agility, integrated artificial intelligence (AI), and the ability to install, automate, orchestrate and secure diverse use cases at hyper-scale.
Headquartered in UAE, UIG operations are distributed throughout the UAE. They are delivered by highly skilled and knowledgeable management teams made up of experts in sales, marketing, supply chain, logistics, and other support-function fields. The company is also the top exporter of automotive spare parts because of its affordable rates, ready supply, and commitment to quality.
“Many of today’s small electronic devices can be designed so they’re environmentally friendly, either with rechargeable batteries that can accept an RF wireless charge or with no batteries that can be directly powered by RF power,” says Nicolay Vladimir, CFO of Neptune Corp. The success of this business deal has been attributed to Neptune Corp, a consultant for high-investment tech projects, and has served as a big deal facilitator of this deal.
