St. Louis Cleaning & Restoration is one of the most respected service providers of their type in the Greater St. Louis Area. One of the more popular services that they offer is their workplace cleaning services. The company states that businesses that hire professional cleaning companies like them for their workplace cleaning needs receive many benefits that those companies who use in-house cleaners don’t get.

Kevin Finn, the company owner, elaborated on this further by saying, “We definitely feel that those companies who use professional cleaning companies like us gain many advantages by doing this. For one, our workplace cleaning services only have one stated mission and that’s to keep the businesses that we serve as clean and sanitary as possible. Our techs are not distracted by doing other maintenance tasks, which often happens with in-house cleaning personnel. Professional cleaning services like ours are also known to gather all the relevant information on a client’s specific cleaning needs, that way we can formulate a highly effective workplace cleaning strategy for them. It also helps that our cleaning staff is made up of dedicated cleaning professionals who are well-trained and have been certified by The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration (IICRC). This means that our cleaners know the best practices when it comes to creating a germ and virus free workplace.”

According to Finn, professional cleaning companies know the proper steps it takes to keep any workplace looking good. He says a clean workplace makes a great impression on both a company’s employees and guests that come to visit a business. The company owner says it’s also paramount to keep a workplace as sanitary possible. This will help do such things as cut down on lost days due to sickness, eliminate distractions caused by employees suffering from seasonal allergies, and healthy employees are known to be more productive employees too.

Finn mentioned that his employees do a great job when they do workplace bathroom cleaning too. He states that because of their advanced training, they realize that many workplace illnesses start in bathrooms that have not been properly cleaned. Studies have shown that bacteria and viruses originating in unsanitized restrooms can make their way throughout a building, spreading illness and infection to its inhabitants. This is the very reason that the professional cleaners at St. Louis Cleaning & Restoration pay particular attention to bathroom areas when cleaning and use special equipment to get the job done right. He says his cleaners don’t see cleaning a bathroom as a chore like many in-house cleaners do. In-house cleaners usually just want to get in and out of a bathroom as quickly as possible. This often leaves those bathrooms dirty, unappealing, and unhealthy. Finn says that none of their highly experienced cleaning crew supervisors would ever allow that to happen.

The company owner also mentioned that their personal do an exceptionally good job at cleaning hard surfaces. That includes laminate, vinyl, ceramic tile, and wood floors plus other hard surfaces such as glass, marble, and travertine. He stated that this is an important cleaning task because viruses can survive on hard surfaces for a long time. These are also hard surfaces that take special tools and cleaning methods to keep them shiny and properly disinfected. Finn states that their hard surface cleaning equipment is state of the art and very few companies who use in-house cleaning personnel would most likely never invest in high-end cleaning apparatus as they use. He says that they clean tile floors and other hard surface tiles to such exacting standards that they even get the grout around them clean. They can do this by using a combination of soft sponges, non-abrasive cleaners, and soft-bristle brushes.

Finn went on to say that St. Louis Cleaning & Restoration does much more than just workplace cleaning. Other cleaning tasks that they expertly handle include air duct cleaning, carpet & upholstery cleaning, upholstery and drape cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, and trauma/crime scene clean-up. He says that much more on both their cleaning and restoration services can be seen on the company’s website.
