Managed cloud services partner Opsio recently launched Hiveforce, an AI workforce that keeps people in charge. The service provides users with a curated AI workforce with the necessary skills to connect to the systems and information already in place.
Stockholm, Sweden, October 28, 2026 --
Opsio takes collaborative AI productivity to the next level with the launch of Hiveforce, an AI workforce that keeps people in charge. Users describe the task or project they need, and Hiveforce plans the work, selects the appropriate AI skills, and assembles a team to get it done.
From research and analysis to forecasts and finished reports in formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, Hiveforce can handle a wide range of work, integrating with the systems and data users already have in place. The people leading the team retain control over important decisions, and the company’s information remains secure within the EU.
Many Swedish workplaces already use AI services widely, but they typically rely on standalone tools used by individual employees. While such use can be valuable, it also makes it challenging for the organization to know what information is shared, what the AI is actually doing, and who is responsible for the results.
Recent regulations such as the GDPR and the EU AI Act have expanded the requirements for AI control and traceability. Hiveforce was built not only to work within these constraints but to thrive. Organizations receive the full benefit of powerful AI through centralized management without losing control over data, usage, and accountability.
“Swedish companies shouldn’t have to choose between being at the forefront and keeping things in order,” said Opsio Country Manager Johan Carlsson. “With Hiveforce, you get an AI team that actually does the work, while people keep control over important decisions, and the information stays within the EU. The next step for AI in the workplace isn’t more standalone tools. It’s making the most powerful AI technology an organized part of the business.”
Hiveforce is structured as an organization, with specialized AI teams called Hives for finance, sales, human resources, and customer service. Users describe what they need, and the AI workforce delivers.
Hiveforce follows a central AI coordinator called the Hive Queen, who receives user instructions, analyzes the assignment, and asks the necessary questions to plan the work. The Hive Queen builds a team of AI agents with the appropriate skills to complete the project. Human users then approve the Hive Queen’s plan and the project’s estimated cost.
“Tell the Queen what you need done. She understands the task, assembles the right team of specialized AI Workers, and puts them to work across your ERP, CRM, and files. Your data stays in the EU, you stay in control, and you get finished work back—not just answers,” Carlsson said.
Hiveforce contains more than 80 specialized AI employees that can analyze, research, calculate, compile, and work in parallel on different parts of the assignment. Each AI agent has its own role, tools, and budget.
Humans retain the final say in the project. When a decision requires human approval, the work is paused, and a request is sent to the appropriate person before activity resumes. Every step is traceable throughout the process. Every step is logged, showing who did what, which decisions were made, and what the work cost.
Security is built into the Hiveforce system at the foundational level. Each company receives its own isolated database with a unique encryption key. Hiveforce’s service is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and the AI models run within the EU through Opsio’s private AI gateway.
All personal data and other sensitive information are masked before the AI models see them, and customer data is not used to train AI models. Hiveforce AI workers connect to business systems, CRM, and files with read-only access, keeping the client’s data secure. All Hiveforce services are delivered under a data processing agreement in accordance with the GDPR, and all customer data is processed within the EU.
Companies can explore Hiveforce with one team. Users can begin with a limited pilot and expand service capability once value has been proven.

As investor anxiety over an artificial intelligence bubble mounts, SpaceX’s Elon Musk and Nvidia chief Jensen Huang have offered starkly divergent outlooks on whether the specialist cloud providers powering the boom can survive their mounting debts. While Musk has warned of impending collapses and consolidation among the more than 200 dedicated graphics processing unit (GPU) rental ventures known as “neoclouds”, Huang remains bullish, insisting that robust market demand will unlock the capital...
Hundreds of people permanently living aboard a touring cruise ship were forced to disembark in Cambodia this week after the vessel’s operator said fuel price increases from the Iran war had made operations prohibitively expensive. The Villa Vie Odyssey had been cruising the world for at least 755 days as one of only a handful of ships that offered passengers the opportunity to rent or buy long-term or even permanent residences on board. On Tuesday, the ship’s owner, Villa Vie Residences,...
Rising ketamine abuse and a series of major drug seizures in Indonesia have fuelled calls for tighter controls on the substance, but a proposed reclassification has raised concerns that tougher penalties could further strain the country’s overcrowded prisons. Last week, Indonesian police and customs officials intercepted the Mongolian-flagged vessel MT Global 168 in the Malacca Strait, seizing 1.16 tonnes of ketamine hydrochloride packed in 58 sacks. National police chief Suyudi Ario Seto said...
Huawei Technologies is already integrating elements of the Tau Scaling Law – a new chip design principle that helps the company overcome US export controls – into its wireless communications network, as it pushes for broader adoption across its products. The Chinese tech giant is using the “time compression” concept based on its Tau Scaling Law in its next-generation wireless base stations, according to a company statement released on Wednesday, and the new design is already delivering tangible...
The Philippines is in talks with Saudi Arabia, Russia and the United States to store oil in the fuel-import-dependent nation, in a bid to hedge against fuel price spikes driven by the Iran war. The Southeast Asian nation, which imports nearly all its energy needs, also planned to increase diesel and gas-fired power output to make up for an estimated 60 per cent decline in hydropower and 20 per cent fall in solar output in the first half of 2027 due to the El Nino weather phenomenon, Energy...
Japan’s push to expand industrial and port cooperation with Bangladesh could transform the South Asian country into a regional trade gateway, analysts say, connecting markets in Southeast Asia and the wider Indo-Pacific while diversifying Dhaka’s economic ties. The plan was announced during Bangladeshi Prime Minister Tarique Rahman’s official visit to Japan this week. Rahman welcomed Tokyo’s pledge of US$6 billion in investment over the next five years, which could help revive an economy hit by...
China said it would seek India’s help to “maintain peace and stability in the border areas” after new stand-offs in a long-disputed region threatened to undermine improved relations. “We hope that India will work with China in the same direction by jointly implementing the common understandings between the two sides,” Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said at a daily media briefing on Monday. China “strictly abides by the relevant agreements”, he said. Guo also said that China...
For three decades, Lao Gan Ma’s glass jars, bearing the stern portrait of founder Tao Huabi, have been a fixture on Chinese dinner tables and a symbol of traditional food manufacturing. This week, however, the iconic chilli sauce has become an unlikely focus of public anxiety over artificial intelligence. Online rumours that the Guizhou-based company had replaced hundreds of factory workers with AI went viral, prompting boycott threats and highlighting growing public unease over the impact of...
Australia’s national broadcaster ABC called on the far-right One Nation party on Wednesday to stop using children’s TV character Bluey in its political cartoons. Bluey is the popular star of an Australian cartoon series featuring canines navigating childhood and parenting in the suburbs. Pauline Hanson’s One Nation party has come under fire for a 2024 political cartoon depicting Bluey driving a car over an Australian politician. That cartoon in particular has come into the spotlight since a man...
