Pixelworks (NASDAQ: PXLW) has closed an underwritten public offering of 5,635,000 shares of its common stock, including 735,000 additional shares per the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters. According to the update, Pixelworks secured approximately $13.8 million in gross proceeds, with each of the shares sold at a public offering price of $2.45. Roth Capital Partners (“ROTH”) acted as joint book-running manager for the offering.
