Green Blazer Launches RAW Cone Benchmark Program for U.S. Pre-Roll Manufacturers

Oct 28, 2026

Licensed manufacturers can test 1,400 to 5,600 empty paper cones on their own production lines.

Las Vegas, Nevada, October 28, 2026 -- Green Blazer will launch a benchmark-testing program for licensed U.S. manufacturers on October 28, 2026, providing empty RAW paper cone samples from one box up to a full master case, or 1,400 to 5,600 cones. Manufacturers run the cones on their own lines, compare them against their current process and share what they find.

Green Blazer is the only approved bulk distributor listed on rawthentic.com, RAW's official website. The program gives manufacturers a way to evaluate RAW at production scale before changing suppliers.

The program is open to manufacturers and cultivators who hold a valid state license and produce pre-rolls. To qualify, a manufacturer books a five-minute call with Green Blazer. The call verifies license and company details, confirms the decision maker and introduces Green Blazer's bulk supply service.

In return, Green Blazer asks for honest feedback after the test. Manufacturers can measure whatever matters on their line, such as fill rate, burn consistency, reject rate or line speed. Orders ship from Las Vegas or Indianapolis, whichever reaches the manufacturer faster. Indianapolis delivers to Michigan and Ohio in one business day and much of the East Coast in two.

The program runs through Feb. 1, 2027.

“Every manufacturer has a cone they've been running for years, and switching puts their line at risk,” said Jacob Peterson, Founder & CEO of Green Blazer. “We'd rather let the product make its case on their own equipment than ask anyone to take our word for it. Run it, measure it against what you use now and tell us what you find.”

Manufacturers can book the five-minute verification call by providing their company name, license number, state and the name of their decision maker.

Elon Musk, Jensen Huang have opposing outlooks on AI neoclouds. Who is likely correct?

As investor anxiety over an artificial intelligence bubble mounts, SpaceX’s Elon Musk and Nvidia chief Jensen Huang have offered starkly divergent outlooks on whether the specialist cloud providers powering the boom can survive their mounting debts. While Musk has warned of impending collapses and consolidation among the more than 200 dedicated graphics processing unit (GPU) rental ventures known as “neoclouds”, Huang remains bullish, insisting that robust market demand will unlock the capital...

Cruise ship suspends global voyage in Cambodia over fuel prices, hundreds disembark

Hundreds of people permanently living aboard a touring cruise ship were forced to disembark in Cambodia this week after the vessel’s operator said fuel price increases from the Iran war had made operations prohibitively expensive. The Villa Vie Odyssey had been cruising the world for at least ‌755 days as one of only a handful of ships that offered passengers the opportunity to rent or buy long-term or even permanent residences on board. On Tuesday, the ship’s owner, Villa Vie Residences,...

Indonesia weighs tighter ketamine controls amid surge in seizures, abuse cases

Rising ketamine abuse and a series of major drug seizures in Indonesia have fuelled calls for tighter controls on the substance, but a proposed reclassification has raised concerns that tougher penalties could further strain the country’s overcrowded prisons. Last week, Indonesian police and customs officials intercepted the Mongolian-flagged vessel MT Global 168 in the Malacca Strait, seizing 1.16 tonnes of ketamine hydrochloride packed in 58 sacks. National police chief Suyudi Ario Seto said...

Philippines holds oil storage talks with Saudi Arabia, Russia, US

The Philippines is in talks with Saudi Arabia, Russia and the United States to store oil in the fuel-import-dependent nation, in a bid to hedge against fuel price spikes driven by the Iran war. The Southeast Asian nation, which imports nearly all ‌its energy needs, also planned to increase diesel and gas-fired power output to make up for an estimated 60 per cent decline in hydropower and 20 per cent fall in solar output in the first half of 2027 due to the El Nino weather phenomenon, Energy...

Japan’s US$6 billion port plan aims to revive Bangladesh’s bruised economy

Japan’s push to expand industrial and port cooperation with Bangladesh could transform the South Asian country into a regional trade gateway, analysts say, connecting markets in Southeast Asia and the wider Indo-Pacific while diversifying Dhaka’s economic ties. The plan was announced during Bangladeshi Prime Minister Tarique Rahman’s official visit to Japan this week. Rahman welcomed Tokyo’s pledge of US$6 billion in investment over the next five years, which could help revive an economy hit by...

China seeks India’s help in defusing border tensions

China said it would seek India’s help to “maintain peace and stability in the border areas” after new stand-offs in a long-disputed region threatened to undermine improved relations. “We hope that India will work with China in the same direction by jointly implementing the common understandings between the two sides,” Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said at a daily media briefing on Monday. China “strictly abides by the relevant agreements”, he said. Guo also said that China...

Stop using Bluey, Australian broadcaster tells Pauline Hanson’s far-right party

Australia’s national broadcaster ABC called on the far-right One Nation party on Wednesday to stop using children’s TV character Bluey in its political cartoons. Bluey is the popular star of an Australian cartoon series featuring canines navigating childhood and parenting in the suburbs. That cartoon in particular has come into the spotlight since a man...
