Finally, she completed a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Parkland Hospital in 1995.
Passionate about her profession, the doctor is board-certified in pulmonary disease, critical care medicine, and internal medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM). The AOBIM is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease in adults.
On a professional level, Dr. Kennedy is an active member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Thoracic Society, the American Medical Association, the Oklahoma State Medical Association, the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association, and the American College of Physicians.
Prior to joining Utica Park Clinic, she cared for patients at Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas; Pulmonary Medicine Associates in Tulsa; Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa and AAIC Asthma Allergy Immunology/MedRite in Tulsa.
