As Meta expands AI-assisted advertising creation and testing, GetHookd is highlighting an integrated Instagram ad research workflow to help marketers capture useful competitor creative and turn market observations into more informed campaign development.
Miami, United States, October 15, 2026 /PressCable/ -- GetHookd has announced an increased focus on Instagram creative intelligence for media buyers, eCommerce brands, and agencies researching how competitors approach advertising. The platform combines access to Meta advertising data with tools for preserving and analyzing selected creatives, creating a bridge between competitive research and the ideas teams ultimately choose to develop.

The announcement follows Meta’s continued investment in faster creative production. At Advertising Week New York in October, Meta expanded Ads Creative Studio and introduced additional AI capabilities for developing and iterating video ads, including tools for modifying elements such as hooks, audio, copy, and scene structure.
As those production barriers fall, GetHookd says another challenge becomes more prominent: identifying which creative ideas deserve further attention. Instagram campaigns can provide useful evidence of how advertisers are framing offers and approaching different audiences, but individual ads may become difficult to revisit once campaigns are no longer active.
GetHookd addresses this by allowing marketers to preserve selected Instagram creatives while retaining the information that made them relevant to the research process. Its database contains more than 65 million Meta ads, with signals including run duration, engagement, and country coverage helping teams evaluate examples before adding them to organized swipe files.
“Competitive research should help answer why an idea is worth exploring, not simply give teams more ads to collect,” said GetHookd CEO and founder Alex Fedotoff. “The more context marketers preserve around a creative, the more useful that research becomes when planning what to test next.”
Once saved, the creative can be examined more closely using the platform's creative production tools. GetHookd can transcribe advertising so teams can study messaging and structure, while its scripting and creative tools help carry those observations into different hooks, angles, and executions for their own campaigns.
By retaining the creative alongside its market context and connecting that research with subsequent development, GetHookd aims to make competitive intelligence more usable as advertising teams produce and test creative at greater speed.
