Bonfire Infrastructure Group (BIG), holding company for Bonfire Engineering and Construction and SPARQ Open Fiber, is proud to announce the appointment of Fields Jackson, Jr. to Chief Diversity Officer (CDO), where he will lead Bonfire's diversity, equity, and talent development efforts.

As CDO, Jackson will implement talent strategies with hiring managers and new hires. He will be creating an internship program through building relationships with local trade schools across the country while collaborating with employees to achieve HR goals. Jackson will use his background and expertise to proactively drive people solutions, processes, programs, and policies to attract and engage the workforce needed to drive business results.
