eXp Realty Sees Huge Surge in New Agents, Including Power Realtor Sarah Williams

Mar 5, 2017

Cloud based brokerage eXp Realty is not only growing at an incredibly fast rate, but also attracting the right kind of agents. A new way of buying and selling real estate is exactly what power house agents like Sarah Williams are looking for.

Liberty Hill, United States - March 4, 2017 /PressCable/ —

Several months of speculation have finally led to a climactic turn events concerning real estate agent and entrepreneur, Sarah Williams. Rumors about her starting her own brokerage arose when she began a large online marketing campaign with SarahWilliamsSells.Com. Now it appears the agent has joined a new brokerage, and taken a slightly different path all-together.

Sarah has officially joined eXp Realty, an agent owned, cloud based brokerage that re-thinks the way real estate is bought and sold. A company with a newer, more dynamic way of approaching the real estate industry must have been enough to entertain the notion of switching brokerages rather than starting her own. Sarah was quoted with saying in an interview “eXp really gives the agent power to control and build their own business. After seeing how much potential I had to really invest in myself as an agent, with my clients, and eventually my team, it was a no brainer.”

Along with sporting an eXp badge, Sarah’s site has also implemented a fully searchable IDX. A development spearheaded by her marketing strategist Nicholas Altimore, who owns the digital marketing company Lion-Rank with business partner Ryan Stoltz.

“eXp is really thinking outside the box compared to a lot of other companies in real estate, and we want Sarah’s brand to coincide with that. With so many new opportunities under the eXp banner we’re pretty excited about getting her more digital exposure, including formulating plans to attract new agents who want to learn from her and join her team.” Said Altimore in an e-mail correspondence.

Considering eXp has almost tripled in agents over the course of the last year, it will be interesting to see what so much growth could potentially bring to the budding company. Even more interesting will be watching what the agents joining this cloud based brokerage do with the freedom of working more independently. A 178% growth rate in one year means a lot of hungry agents competing for new opportunities, and Sarah Williams is certainly at the top of the pack. New ideas bring growth and opportunity, eXp may very well be onto something immense if they keep attracting the right kind of talent in a very competitive business.

Malaysia’s halal chicken scandal exposes hygiene breaches at filthy plant

Malaysia’s halal safeguards are under scrutiny after filthy conditions and suspected slaughtering breaches at a chicken plant sparked demands to explain how it ignored warnings and operated for years without certification. The hygiene failures at the Puchong facility came to light after authorities seized more than 6.5 tonnes of chicken during a raid last week. Tokenised gold bar to advance Hong Kong’s ambitions as digital, metal trading hub

Hong Kong’s plan to start an interbank tokenised gold transaction project marks a crucial step in its quest to make itself a key global hub for the precious metal, according to analysts. The city planned to launch a gold token representing a standard 400-ounce gold bar, referencing HAU, Hong Kong’s ticker for gold prices launched earlier this year, said Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury Christopher Hui Ching-yu during the annual Fintech Week event on Monday. He said the effort...

The impeachment trial of Philippine Vice-President Sara Duterte-Carpio may soon draw to a close after the prosecution decided to drop several of her charges, a move that legal experts have said is intended to speed up the trial and secure a conviction by focusing on the strongest evidence against her. Beyond the trial, the decision could have significant political implications for the 2028 presidential race, with a swift verdict potentially removing a strong candidate, according to analysts.
