ERC Tax Group announces a new guide to help businesses understand how they can qualify for the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) and, if they do qualify, how they can claim their refund.

Farmers Branch, United States - November 6, 2023 /PressCable/ —
The new guide gives prospective applicants an overview of what the ERC program is, who may be eligible, and, if they do qualify, how they can file an application for a refund. Prospective clients need only invest a few minutes of their time in the company’s simplified Employee Retention Credit (ERC) qualification process, which can offer them a solid estimate of their refund amounts and answer any questions they may have.

ERC Tax Group has released its guide to let as many US small businesses as possible learn of the advantages they may enjoy if they qualify for the credit, which even most business accountants do not know about. The guide is accessible to prospective clients at no cost to them at the link above, where they need only enter their contact information to receive it.
The ERC - also known as the ERTC, or Employee Retention Tax Credit - has been available to American businesses since it was passed into law on March 27, 2020, as part of the CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security) Act. The ERC was continued and expanded through new legislation in 2021. The credit amount increased from 50% to 70% of up to $10,000 per employee per quarter.
Businesses can qualify if they have experienced any of the following due to the pandemic: revenue decline, capacity restrictions, supply chain disturbances, travel restrictions, commercial disruptions, group gathering limitations, full or partial shutdowns, restrictions of remote work orders, or customer, supply chain, or vendor restrictions.
ERC Tax Group works with a US-based team of certified public accountants who specialize in the ERC and have presented to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) on the program. They have also helped over 12,000 businesses and non-profits qualify for the mechanism, with an average refund of $147,000.
“You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain,” a company spokesperson said. “If you don’t think your business will qualify, it’s worth it to get a second opinion. If you do qualify, our guide will give you the basics and websites you need to begin the filing process.”

Unregulated companies are running a brisk trade across Japan storing and disposing unclaimed corpses, with a recent report revealing how such “cut-price morgues” are cashing in on legal loopholes to discard the nation’s dead. The business has shed light on the growing number of “lonely deaths” of elderly Japanese as the traditional nuclear family fades. Some industry insiders have expressed shock at the trend and are calling for regulation to block potential loopholes, while others point to...

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has put North Korea in a propaganda bind, analysts say, by publicly revealing that Kyiv recently transferred two North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea. The disclosure – made during Zelensky’s address to the UN General Assembly on Wednesday – directly challenges Pyongyang’s narrative that its soldiers fighting alongside Russian forces choose death over surrendering. North Korea is unlikely to acknowledge the transfer publicly, but may strengthen...
