Goshen, IN - September 28, 2016 /MarketersMedia/ —
DeMetz Online Personal Training, a premier provider of online fitness programs, has recently announced the introduction of their trainer-guided programs. Through these programs, the DeMetz team will create custom exercise and nutrition plans that are tailored for their clients' specific needs as well as giving them access to a host of other convenient benefits. DeMetz Online Personal Training is inviting those interested in these customized weight loss and fitness programs to contact them via phone or by filling out the short contact form on their website.
Nathan DeMetz, the owner of DeMetz Online Personal Training, stated “Losing weight and getting in shape is one of the hardest goals for anyone to achieve. Unfortunately, this difficulty is often exacerbated by the fact that there is so much conflicting information out there about what constitutes a good diet and exercise program. The trainer-guided programs we've introduced are helping to change that by giving people direct access to our wealth of knowledge gained through many years of experience in the world of fitness. Instead of simply dispensing information, we're handing clients a tailored plan that caters to their individual needs and goals."
The benefits of DeMetz Online Personal Training's guided programs extend well beyond customized nutrition and exercise plans. The programs also include access to a personalized dashboard at www.demetzonlinepersonaltraining.com that allows clients to see the details of their program and track their meals, workouts, and results. Clients will also get weekly 30-minute phone or video call, weekly adjustment of all plans and programs to account for adaptations and body composition changes, video technique reviews, and access to unlimited email support from DeMetz' experienced trainers.
As DeMetz continued, “We are highly passionate about fitness, but we are even more dedicated to making sure that our clients get exactly what they want – results. We know that for most people this doesn't come from reading yet another diet book or following some advice they found in a magazine. With our personalized attention and ongoing support, we'll help our clients finally achieve a level of fitness they've only previously dreamed of."

Why warm welcomes can’t stop Malaysia’s doctor exodus from Borneo
On Facebook, public hospitals in Malaysia’s Bornean states have been rolling out “Selamat Datang” [welcome] banner posts to embrace medical staff reporting for duty. Tawau Hospital on Sabah’s east coast recently published a group photograph welcoming newly arrived medical officers. Who rules Negeri Sembilan? Royal row tests Malaysia’s constitutional order
The dust has yet to settle in Malaysia’s Negeri Sembilan, where a royal row has led to the fall of a state government and left the public wondering who, exactly, is in charge. Observers warn that the months-long constitutional crisis could create ripple effects well beyond the state’s borders, testing the entire nation’s systems of monarchy and government. The dispute centres on which of two men: the incumbent, Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir, or his intended replacement, Tunku Nadzaruddin Tuanku...
In AI, India’s choice needn’t be between a US leash or Chinese hook
On June 12, two of the world’s most capable artificial intelligence models went dark. An American export directive barred foreigners from using Anthropic’s two flagship AI models, and because the company could not check every user’s nationality, it switched them off. Access returned on July 1 but the warning is clear: India’s AI future can be switched off from Washington. In September, Beijing came calling. At the Brics summit in New Delhi, Chinese President Xi Jinping promised China would “be a...
