In the inaugural ranking of Lead Generation firms, CIENCE dominates Services Satisfaction Index with most customer reviews and sole placement in the High Performer Tier ranking
CHICAGO - Oct. 3, 2019 - PRLog -- Today G2 (formally G2 Crowd) in its Fall 2019 Grid Report announced CIENCE Technologies as the sole High Performer in its first-ever rankings on Lead Generation Services.
Lead generation services are defined as providers who manage campaigns to discover and qualify customers for businesses, also known as leads. These services can be highly beneficial in filling an organization's sales pipeline with potential clients.
"We're humbled to be recognized as a High Performer by G2 -- as this is really the loud voice of our clients speaking," said Eric Quanstrom, Chief Marketing Officer of CIENCE. "We put our customers first, and this strategy pays off when you see rankings and recognition like this."
Rating Methodology
The Services Satisfaction Index represents the democratic voice of real services clients, rather than the subjective opinion of any single analyst. G2 rates services providers from the Lead Generation Services category algorithmically based on data sourced from provider reviews shared by G2 users and data aggregated from online sources and social networks.
"Rankings on G2 reports are based on data provided to us by real users," said Michael Fauscette, Chief Research Officer, G2.
Potential clients seeking services providers can use the Services Satisfaction Index to help them quickly select the best services provider for their business and to find peers with similar experiences.
Best Lead Generation Services
In addition to the recognition on the Lead Generation Services Satisfaction Index for Fall 2019, CIENCE currently ranks as the most popular Lead Generation Service on G2 out of 77 companies profiled.
"The fact that 43 of our own clients weighed in to give their honest assessment of our performance, which led to the formidable ranking for CIENCE, is gratifying indeed," said Quanstrom. "Our public reviews are consistent with our goal to be the pre-eminent lead generation company in the world."
G2 Commitment to Unbiased Reviews
Keeping G2 ratings unbiased is the top priority, and requires the use of a LinkedIn account or verified business email address to validate a G2 user's identity and employer. The company also validates users by partnering with providers and organizations to securely authenticate users through select platforms. They do not allow users to review their current or former employers' products or those of their employers' competitors. Additionally, all reviews are manually checked and filtered by a proprietary algorithm for reviews that don't meet submission requirements. All reviews must pass a moderation process before they are published.
Further, G2 staff does not add any subjective input to the ratings, which are determined algorithmically based on data aggregated from publicly available online sources and social networks. Providers cannot influence ratings by spending time or money with G2. Only the opinion of real clients and data from public sources factor into the ratings.
