Nov 26, 2023

The National Buyers Agents Association (800-383-7188) has released a new video guide reviewing some essential factors that potential real estate buyers should consider if they are planning a move to the city.

Evergreen, United States - November 26, 2023 /PressCable/ —

The recently published video, titled "5 Things Most People Don't Know About Moving to Beverly Hills California," educates viewers on the advantages of moving to this Golden State community while debunking common misconceptions surrounding life in the city.

More information is available at https://youtu.be/tDVw4Titdqg/

In its latest, 2-minute online guide, the National Buyers Agents Association highlights the many options available in this star-studded community for luxury homebuyers who value privacy and seclusion, its safety, its central location within the county, immense career opportunities, and affordability. While Beverly Hills is notorious for its opulence and luxury, which make it the area with the highest average house price tags in the country, there are still neighborhoods that are surprisingly budget-friendly, the team says.

Beverly Hills is considered the most expensive city to live in Los Angeles County, with the median sale price of a home hitting $2.8 million in October 2023, according to Redfin data. However, while no area in the city is considered "cheap," some neighborhoods are more affordable and still offer homebuyers and renters the chance to enjoy living in secure, gated, communities, with well-maintained streets and infrastructure, and easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment venues, the association says.

Buyers who are considering a move within California can request assistance from one of the buyer's agents who are members of the National Buyers Agents Association. The team maintains a database of real estate professionals rated by both the association and previous clients who offer property buyers their location and negotiation expertise. The association also maintains a library of short videos on many other cities, where the experts compare house prices and current real estate market trends to equip investors with the knowledge and confidence to go through the home-buying process successfully.

"No matter what happens in other parts of the country, real estate values in Beverly Hill and surrounding communities keep going up & up," Gary A., a National Buyers Agents Association member who caters to luxury property buyers in the area, says. "I offer 100% loyalty to my buyers and I provide a local insider's view to the Beverly Hills community."

Australia sanctions 2 over North Korean fake IT workers scheme for nuclear funds

Australia said on Friday it had sanctioned two North Korean individuals and companies over the use of “fraudulent” IT workers and cybercrime to earn cash for the isolated nuclear-armed state. The two men are alleged to be key operators in Pyongyang’s cybercriminal activities overseas, estimated by analysts to bring in billions for the country’s weapons programme. “The North Korean entities and individuals sanctioned today facilitate North Korea’s use of fraudulent IT workers to raise revenue for...

Nepal set to receive first-ever US$20 million payout from UN climate damage fund

The United Nations’ climate loss and damage fund moved to provide US$20 million in aid sought by flood-stricken Nepal – the first time it has set aside money for any country – in a key test of the body’s credibility. In an extraordinary meeting on Thursday, the fund’s board agreed to earmark the modest sum for the Himalayan country, which was hit in August by tsunami-like floods triggered by a climate-induced ice and rock avalanche that killed more than 1,400 people and left over 5,000...
