At Beth Israel Hospital, he completed a one-year general surgery internship and then a three-year residency there. At Loma Linda University, he completed his two-year plastic surgery residency and became the Plastic Surgery Chief Resident. Afterward, he fulfilled a one-year fellowship in hand and microsurgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), the doctor is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Southern California Chapter of the American College of Surgeons.
