"Every day my patients help me become a better listener, more patient. They keep me younger and inspire me to look for new ways to create happy moments during stressful doctor's visits. I like to see kids bounce back from their illness quickly. The recognition I get from my patients is one of my greatest accomplishments" expressed the doctor.

Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital is one of the region's leading pediatric hospitals, offering a comprehensive scope of healthcare services and programs in a child-friendly atmosphere. The team of pediatric nephrologists and researchers at the hospital is participating in clinical trials to understand how to best treat children with kidney diseases. In addition, fundraising is underway with their dialysis and transplant teams to help their less fortunate patients.

He completed his fellowship in pediatric nephrology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, the Bronx, NY in 1995.

An expert in his field, the doctor is board-certified in pediatric nephrology by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Why Singapore’s PAP internal vote is the wrong place to look for signs of leadership renewal

Singapore’s ruling People’s Action Party (PAP) has retained its core executive team in what is seen as a cautious approach despite pledges of renewal, with observers pointing to ministerial promotions as a better indication of leadership plans. The PAP emerged from an internal election on Sunday with an unchanged slate for the Central Executive Committee (CEC), its highest decision-making body, as rising ministers Jeffrey Siow and Jasmin Lau failed to secure seats, though four remaining co-opted...
