Nuropod Right Ear Replacement Earpiece Available For Device Owners

Oct 26, 2026

Parasym has confirmed the availability of the Nuropod Earpiece (R), a right-ear replacement accessory for owners of its Nuropod wearable vagus nerve stimulation device.

Sacramento, United States, October 26, 2026 /PressCable/ -- Following the announcement, existing Nuropod owners who require the alternative configuration can order the compatible earpiece for use with their current device. Nuropod normally comes with a standard left earpiece, while a right-ear version can be provided in certain cases. Parasym advises anyone who is unsure whether the Right (R) Earpiece is appropriate to contact Nuropod Care before placing an order.

The replacement option also addresses the ordinary wear that can come with repeated handling. As Parasym explains, its earpieces are designed to be “built to last,” but notes that, “just like a pair of headphones,” frequent use can eventually create a need for replacement. Most people use Nuropod for around 30 minutes once or twice daily.

The earpiece itself forms the point of contact used during each session. It clips onto the tragus, the part of the outer ear just in front of the ear canal where the vagus nerve reaches the skin. Nuropod delivers gentle electrical pulses through that point using Parasym’s proprietary AVNT™ waveform.

That contact point is central to the device’s noninvasive approach. The vagus nerve carries signals between the brain and organs, including the heart, lungs, and gut, and plays a large role in how the body handles stress, rest, and recovery. Nuropod is designed to support this system through auricular vagus nerve stimulation.

For owners who need the alternative configuration, the Right (R) Earpiece connects through the existing Nuropod port, allowing the main wearable to remain unchanged. Parasym specifies that the accessory is designed for right-ear use, is compatible only with Nuropod, and is intended for individual use rather than sharing between users.

The company recommends contacting Nuropod Care whenever there is uncertainty about which earpiece is required, keeping the support process tied to the individual owner and their existing device.
